Terms of use

These terms cover the Aerzeit apps and the web app at aerzeit.app. Aerzeit is run by Samuel Harrold, an individual, in Indianapolis, Indiana, USA. Contact: support@aerzeit.app.

What Aerzeit does

Aerzeit reports forecast outdoor conditions and suggests when to open your windows, using limits you choose. It doesn't measure your home. Forecasts can be wrong, and you decide what to do. Don't rely on it for safety or medical decisions.

The first week and the subscription

The iPhone and Android apps refresh forecasts free for their first week after install. After that, refreshing needs an annual subscription. The store shows you the price before you buy. Apple or Google handles payment, renewal, cancellation and refunds under its own rules, and you cancel in your store account. On the App Store, Apple's standard licence agreement also applies.

Your use

You may use Aerzeit on your own devices. Don't copy or resell the app or its forecast data, or overload the service.

Privacy

See the privacy policy.

No warranty

Aerzeit is provided as is, without warranty. As far as the law allows, I'm not liable for indirect or consequential loss.

Your rights

Nothing here limits rights you have under the consumer law of your country.

Changes

I may update these terms or change the service, and this page will show the date of the latest version: 31 October 2026. The law of Indiana, USA, applies, except where your country's consumer law says otherwise.
